XMCOSY+ Classic Outdoor Solar Lights 2-Tone Bronze & Wood

I almost gave these a bad review because I thought none of them came with the stakes, I needed to install them, but alas I found them (see title)! These lights look great, and the glass feels like actual glass. They seem like they will hold up for a long time too. I like that they are easy to disassemble and easy to reassemble if you need to do so. They give off a nice warm light that illuminates a decent area around where you place them. They need a good amount of direct sunlight during the day to fully charge, so keep that in mind when you are placing them. These are affordable and they look great.

These are a well made light, albeit a bit more expensive.

I like that the clear portion is real glass, and it's got that old-time look / feel to it because it is wavy. The light itself is nice and bright.

The top is metal, but there is a lot of plastic in this still. The "wood tone" is just a fancy way of saying brown plastic. The battery is easily replaceable, which is good because it is only rated for 1Ah. You can easily find 2.8Ah rated AA batteries. Still, most other lights make you disassemble the light completely to change the battery and this one is very easy.

The post is a very thin metal. Think greeting card thin. They really skimped here on that. I would imagine the other metal areas are that thin too, but the other metal areas are reinforced with plastic.

While the top portion looks and feels well made, the post seems to be a real weak spot in this design.

You can pickup cheaper plastic lights in WalMart and elsewhere for a couple bucks each, however I've tried them before and you're lucky to get a single season out of them. These are constructed with metal hardware and glass lenses and definitely have a more professional build quality to them.

I really like the bulbs as they resemble an old-style incandescent lamp with a filament. However, since these use LEDs they shouldn't really ever burn out. They recharge during the day in the sunlight and in the summer months they should stay on for around 8 hours or so. In the winter my experience has been in the midwest that they don't stay on very long in the shorter days... however this is the first time I've purchased this brand so we'll see!

My shed is a cemetery for failed attempts to find good quality solar lights. Most break either upon installation or as soon as the weather gets harsh. Some stayed put but had terrible quality lighting. These? These are amazing.
They are SO bright and not flimsy in the least. I am ridiculously excited that my search is finally over. These light my pathway up all the way to my door no problem!
I fully plan to buy ten more of these to light my backyard once summer rolls around.

This solar light set is made of high quality, thick, decorative glass with "some" steel and plastic parts. Each fixture's light bulb area is easily accessible should the bulbs ever need replacing as is each of the battery compartments. Assembly is simple without the need for instructions and they can be placed into the ground without worrying about breaking the stakes. The lights are just bright enough and give off a nice effect on the ground surrounding them. I would consider the price to be fair when compared to other brands.
