Warranty Statement
Applicable to: All products purchased via Amazon US Storefront, Amazon CA Storefront, or XMCOSY.com (XMCOSY's products are available exclusively through XMcosy.com and XMcosy Amazon store. Please make your purchases through these channels to ensure you receive authentic products and quality after-sales service.)
1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
• Standard Warranty Period:
XMCOSY warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date,whether it is an Amazon order or a XMcosy.com order.
• XMCOSY’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase. (For customers who relocate outside the country of purchase, warranty service may be available upon request and is subject to additional service fees and shipping charges. Please contact our support team for assistance.)
• Revised Warranty After Repair/Replacement:
Any replaced part or product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (180) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. This does not extend the original warranty period of the entire product. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
• What This Warranty Covers
-Defects in materials (e.g., faulty wiring, connector failure).
-Workmanship issues (e.g., soldering defects, assembly errors).
-Functional failures under normal use (e.g., LED burnout, circuit board malfunction).
2. Claims Process & Validation
• Step 1: Contact support2@xmcosy.com with:
-Order ID & product model number
-Video/photo evidence of the defect
-Proof of purchase
• Step 2: XMCOSY verifies eligibility within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If approved, we issue a replacement order or refund. (Replacement products will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days after the claim is approved.)
Notes:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
● XMCOSY may document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
● For defective items that XMCOSY needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to XMCOSY or if the defective item is not returned.
● If a return of the defective item is required and you fail to return it within 30 days after receiving the replacement, or if the returned item is found to be ineligible for warranty service, XMCOSY reserves the right to charge the standard retail price for the replacement unit or revoke the refund.
3. What This Warranty Excludes
• Delivery-Related Issues:
Claims for "non-receipt" or "package theft" after carrier-confirmed delivery are excluded. Valid delivery confirmation includes:

✅ Carrier tracking status marked "Delivered"
✅ Geolocation data matching shipping address
• Other Exclusions:
-Damage resulting from improper installation, mounting, operating devices improperly or use that does not strictly follow the product instruction manual.
-Damage or performance issues caused by environmental factors beyond our control, such as hail, lightning, extreme temperatures not within product specifications, salt spray corrosion, or animal/insect infestation.
-Any consumable parts designed to diminish over time (e.g., filters, batteries, bulbs) unless otherwise stated
-Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
-Products without sufficient proof of purchase
-Lost or stolen products
-Items that have expired their warranty period
-Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
-Free products
-Repairs through 3rd parties
-Software issues, third-party application compatibility, virus infections.
-Reduced charging efficiency of solar lights due to insufficient sunlight exposure, shading (e.g., by foliage, buildings), improper installation angle, or failure to regularly clean the solar panel.
4. Remedies(durring warranty period)
• Replacement: Irreparable products replaced with identical/similar model.
• Refund: Issued only if repair/replacement is impossible.
5. Limitations & Legal Rights
• No Consequential Damages:
XMCOSY is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, property damage).
• Implied Warranty Limit:
Implied warranties (e.g., merchantability) are limited to the warranty duration.
• State Law Variations:
Some states prohibit limitations on implied warranties—this warranty applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Commercial Use
Products used for commercial, rental, or revenue-generating purposes are warranted for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date.
6. Delivery Dispute Resolution
• Binding Delivery Validation:
If Amazon/carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the warranty claim for "non-receipt" will be denied. Customers must resolve theft/loss issues with carriers or local authorities.
• Address Error Liability:
Claims due to incorrect addresses entered by customers are ineligible for warranty service.
7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact the customer service once the item is delivered to the warehouse so the refund process will start.
• Returns must include all accessories
• ltems must include original packaging
• For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
• For non-quality related warranty claims, XMCOSY refunds the cost of the product itself
• Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
*Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after starting a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through XMCOSY’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
• Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
• Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
• Buyer’s accidental returns
• Returning items claimed to have defects but found by XMCOSY quality control to be in working condition
• Returning defective items in international shipping
• Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
