How to Start a Return?

Step 1:Log in your website account.(Please kindly register an account if you don’t have one.)

Step 2:Please choose the order you want to return in the “Account” page and click “Return/Exchange”.

Step 3:Enter your email and the verify code you got to start your return. 

Step 4:Select the product you want to return then click “Request return”.

Step 5:Please select the quantity, and the reason then provide the details and the photos required.Click “ Confirm ” and “Next” button. 

Step 6:Select a return solution.

Step 7:Confirm the return method.

Step 8: Submit the request. 

Step 9:Please click the “Enter shipment details” to add the tracking number and the carrier of the return products after you ship out the item.Then click "Add".
