The first thing that caught my attention was the unusual shape. Not just a round light. But there is so much more than that. They are easy to set up on the app and it actually works! I can change colors, speeds, and styles. I am still learning how to use the timer, but don’t foresee a problem. A great purchase just in time for the holidays!

THEY ARE SO MUCH FUN. DID NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SET UP - ONLY NEGATIVE IS GETTING THEM UNTANGLED AFTER GETTING OUT OF THE PACKAGE.
Compared to Atomi Smart or Govee RGBC string lights, XMCOSY provides more value for the money while features and functionality are about the same.
I bought these lights to install them as permanent lights under the roof eave. The white color is bright enough that lights wash down the walls at night (same for the color lights as you can see in the video). The RGBC functionality will be a nice feature during Holidays or events.
When I buy a product or a service, I typically rate the product/service and the actual customer service. Product quality or durability will be tested over (the life) time of the product. However, XMCOSY excelled right away in customer service (10 out of 10). I had issues connecting one of my two controllers. After troubleshooting, I sent an email to XMCOSY and within a few days I had a replacement.
Some people have a hard time connecting lights to WiFi (If you own Atomi Smart, you know what I'm talking about). I'd suggest you connect them and test them near your router before you hang them up. Adding XMCOSY lights in the app is straight forward, with no WiFi issues.
